The purpose of this notice is to describe our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and sale of Personal Information and instructions for submitting CCPA data privacy requests. Some of the Personal Information that we collect, use, and disclose may be exempt from the CCPA because it is regulated by other federal and state laws that apply to us.

A. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

We have collected the following categories of Personal Information in the past twelve (12) months:

We do not engage in dark patterns that subvert or impair consumer choice.

H. Sensitive Personal Information

We may collect limited Sensitive Personal Information, specifically health-related information that you voluntarily provide to facilitate referrals to licensed medical providers, or to tailor marketing related to your inquiry. We do not sell or share Sensitive Personal Information and do not use it to infer characteristics about you beyond the limited, necessary purposes permitted by law. 12. HIPAA COMPLIANCE AND HEALTH INFORMATION

While go.glp1genius.com connects users with licensed healthcare providers, our Website itself is not a “covered entity” or “business associate” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”).

Any health-related details you provide (such as responses to eligibility questions or wellness goals) are collected solely for marketing and referral purposes and do not constitute Protected Health Information (“PHI”) as defined by HIPAA. Once your information is shared with a licensed medical provider, that provider is responsible for complying with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. To learn how a provider uses or discloses PHI, please review their privacy policy directly.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect any Personal Information shared through our Website and limit disclosures to what is necessary to operate the referral and marketing functions of our Services. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of any third-party provider websites that may be linked through our Services.

13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including GPC, as described above.

14. HOW TO REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?

Under applicable law, you or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf (your “Authorized Agent”), may make a request to access, correct, or delete your Personal Information. You may, under applicable law, also make a request to know or delete Personal Information on behalf of your child, subject to applicable law. Requests or exercise of your right(s) can be made by:

[email protected] or [email protected]

We will verify your request using information associated with your account or interactions with us and may request additional information to verify your identity or authority, as permitted by law. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause to information to be incorrect.

15. GOVERNING LAW

The Services are not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country, or territory other than that of the United States. We do not represent or warrant that the Services are appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction.
